If you're experiencing issues with your Founders Edition Shot Clock, start here. Below are answers to the most common hardware questions and concerns.
"My 7-segment display seems dim"​
- Ensure the wire on the side away from the compute module is connected. While it is not essential for data, it delivers additional current to the LEDs, allowing them to utilize their maximum brightness
"My unit has a very poor range or keeps disconnecting"​
- Ensure you have the antenna fully inserted (screwed in) to the compute module.
- Disable Bluetooth connectivity on your smart device, wait a few moments, then re-enable. Then attempt to reconnect to your device.
- Ensure the battery bank has sufficient charge to power your module
There is the possibility your smart-device has a bad Bluetooth transmitter. To verify your smart-device isn't the issue, connect to another BLE device and observe if the issue still occurs
"I lost my battery bank"​
- No worries! The founders edition unit works with any USB battery bank that can supply 5V 2.4A
- NOTE: utilizing a different battery bank could impact unit up-time
- NOTE: purchasing a different battery bank likely means it will not fit in the holder on the unit

"I lost my antenna"​
